Pasta, red lentils, barley, soup base, potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, green peppers, leeks, red peppers, herbs and spices. No MSG. Contains eggs and wheat.
Directions for Small (5-6 servings):
Bring 6 cups water to a boil.
Stir in contents of package except noodles.
Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
Add 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey and frozen vegetables, if desired.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
Directions for Large (10-12 servings)
As above but use 12 cups water.
Tastes Great without any additions, but you can add leftover chicken or more of your favorite veggies.
