Coconut Curry Wholesale

Chicken soup base (NO MSG), white rice, curry, coconut, white sugar, onion, garlic, cilantro, herbs and spices.


Directions for Large (8-10 servings):

In a large pot combine 8- 10 cups water with contents of package and bring to a boil. Add 1 pound of cooked, diced chicken and reduce heat. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 2 cans coconut milk and simmer 10 more minutes.


Directions for Small (4-5 servings):

As above but use 4-5 cups water, 1/2 pound chicken, and 1 can coconut milk.


Optional: Garnish with chopped celery and cashews.

  • Bring this soup to a pot luck dinner and watch people fight over it! (Well, maybe warmly contend). Try substituting chicken with shrimp.
