Dill Pickle Soup-2 Sizes
Available in Large and Small Sizes
Ingredients:
Chicken soup base (no MSG), potato flakes, sugar, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, dill weed. Contains wheat.
Directions for Small (4-5 servings):
In large pot melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Stir in 2 Tbsp flour to make a paste. Add 4-5 cups water and stir. Add contents of package stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently. Add 1 Tbsp pickle juice and 1/2 cup diced pickles. Remove from heat and whisk in 1/2 cup milk. For thicker soup add 1 small diced potato with contents of package.

In large pot melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Stir in 2 Tbsp flour to make a paste. Add 8-10 cups water and stir. Add contents of package stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently. Add 2 Tbsp pickle juice and 1 cup diced pickles. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 cup milk. For thicker soup add 1 medium diced potato with contents of package.
This is our trendiest soup and definately a BIG HIT for pickle lovers. Try grating the pickle into the soup when cooking it and add grated Swiss Cheeze and a dob of sour cream to your bowl.
