Herb and Dill Pasta Salad
Pasta, parsley, dill, herbs, and spices.
Fill large pot with approx. 10 cups water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste. Remove spice packet and set aside. Add pasta to boiling water and stir until water returns to a boil. Cook 6-8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, drain and rinse with cold water. Put in a serving bowl and chill in fridge.
In separate bowl mix contents of spice package with 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk. Once pasta is chilled add contents of spice mixture to pasta.
Optional: add a variety of cooked meats (chicken, ham or shrimp), cubed cheeze, and fresh diced vegetables ( carrots, snap peas, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower etc.)
