Ingredients:

Chicken soup base (no MSG), white rice, lemon pepper, onion, white sugar, dill weed, garlic, herbs and spices,. Contains wheat.

 

Directions:

In a large pot, combine 10 cups of water with contents of package and bring to a boil.

Remove 2 cups of hot broth and slowly add and whisk into 2 previouisly whisked eggs.

Rweturn egg mixture into pot and stir.

Reduce heat to simmer.

Add 2-3 TBSP of lemon juice.

Add 1 pound of cooked diced chicken breast.

Simmer 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Optional: add diced celery 5 minutes before finished cooking.
